Congrats on getting into the program!
And tips? Okay!

Here are some tips that everyone should know:

• Prepare to work a lot
• Prepare to work mainly nights

Here are MY personal tips(this is for anyone even thinking about signing up to the Disney College Program):

• If you do not like Disney, please, save everyone the trouble and not apply. Let other people who LOVE Disney work here. 
• Do not accept your role if you KNOW you’re going to dislike it. It’s impossible to switch out. If you get food and beverage, you get food and beverage, there is no switching out unless you are there for longer than 6 months and even then, they most likely won’t let you switch. (Most programs are there for 4)
• This is a happy place, if you can’t fake happy, at least try. 
• Keep your problems at the door, and never EVER take them out on a guest. 
• Patience is a must at this program.
• You will have HORRIBLE days, and you will have FANTASTIC days. Not everyday is perfect.
• Try to get your roommates beforehand, being matched with people you don’t know is a gamble. 
• If you have your own car, I suggest bring it, if it the car can make it. If not, get used to the buses taking forever. 
• Keep the magic alive, if there is something wrong with an attraction, play the part, don’t let a guest know it’s down. Say something clever. This is a magical place, let your creativity go wild!
• Lots of guest can be rude, but there are people that are amazingly pleasant. So for every rude customer, there will be one to make your day.
• If you are underage, please don’t drink, because if you get caught, you will get terminated.
• Disney WORKS hard, but we also PLAY hard.
• There are many perks of working here, that I can not say, but it’s magical being here. 
• If you get accepted, be happy! Many people would kill for this job.
